Our salon is in the top 40 in the nation and has continued to grow. We are looking for a leader who takes pride in building relationships and strong teams.

Responsibilities:

Ensure day-to-day salon operations run smoothly
Build relationships with employees and clients
Monitor stock of beauty products and order supplies as needed
Setting salon goals and tracking daily
Coach, support, and mentor fellow stylist
Coming up with creative ways to excite the team in the growth of the salon
Advertise our services on social media
