A2Z Salons LLC, operating as FS Cut & Color in Eden Prairie, MN, has one mission: to resolve the hair crisis in the south metro area. Over the past nine years, we have transformed thousands of poor hair choices into beautiful styles, but we still have many people who need our help. We believe everyone deserves the confidence that comes with fantastic hair, and that’s where you come in!

If you hold a valid MN cosmetology license and have a passion for hair artistry, we’d love to meet you. Our full-service salon allows you to utilize all your skills while being part of a strong, award-winning team. We offer supportive management, paid education, competitive pay and benefits, and a culture that prioritizes people above all else.

We have a great reputation in our community and are looking to hire hairstylists to meet the demands of our expanding clientele. Don’t have a client base? No problem! We will help you build one quickly. We welcome all levels of experience, recognizing that education is key to success, and we provide a comprehensive training program and support system for those new to the field.

We offer flexible schedules that range from just a few hours a week to full-time (38 hours per week), as we advocate for a healthy work/life balance. Join us in making a difference!

Due to the demand for our services and the growth in our area, we are busy and our stylists earn an average of $22-$28 per hour, plus tips and product commission. Our salon hours are: M-Thur 9am - 8pm, Friday 9am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 5pm, Sun 11-4pm

Salary: $15.00 - $34.00 per hour
