Salon Manager & Hair Stylist (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager and Hair Stylist to join our team! This full-time role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling scheduling, and maintaining the salon’s social media presence. In addition, you will also provide hairstyling services to clients, blending management responsibilities with creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage staff schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Supervise and support the salon team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Handle salon social media accounts, create content, and engage with clients online.
• Provide hairstyling services (cuts, color, styling) to clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in a salon setting.
• Valid cosmetology license with a strong background in hairstyling.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and management.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in social media platforms and online engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, client-focused attitude.
